Young Ladies Soaring Toward Excellence is a not-for-profit organization with a Volunteer Women's team representing many Walks of Life. This team of Volunteer Women will come together to share their talents and time to provide each young Lady in high school with an experience that will motivate and inspire them to reach their full potential.

Young Ladies Soaring Toward Excellence aims to help each young Lady develop as a leader through an organization that holistically nurtures their growth. The organization will inspire, motivate, and spiritually guide each young Lady toward excellence and prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century.

The Young Ladies Soaring Toward Excellence Organization design focuses on helping each young Lady with the freedom to dream about their future, connect their passion with possible careers, and the opportunity and resources to develop as a Prominent Leader.

Mission & Vission

The Mission Statement of Young Ladies' "SOARING" toward Excellence is to help young ladies develop as leaders through an organization that holistically nurtures their growth.

The Organization will inspire, motivate, and spiritually guide each young lady to excellence and prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century.

Objectives

To enhance and develop the knowledge and skills required to achieve their career dreams;

To acquire the tools that will improve their character in becoming successful, productive, and engaged citizens;

Create an environment allowing each young Lady to "SOAR" with a heart and soul toward "EXCELLENCE."

Planned Financial Activities to Achieve Goals

The sources of the Corporation's income are personal resources and public donations. Additional income sources will include grants, sponsorship, and fundraising activity. The Corporation dispenses its income through the decisions made by its Board of Directors or through the duly elected President / Treasurer's decision, whose limited power to pay expenses is governed by the Board of Directors or the Corporation Bylaws in accordance with the Corporation's purpose.
